How it stacks up, my honest take
The hotel boasts a stunning location with beautiful grounds, making it a picturesque stay. While the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating, I faced issues with housekeeping only cleaning after long intervals. The amenities, while satisfactory, could use some updates to enhance comfort. The warm chocolate chip cookies upon check-in were a delightful touch!

Recommend it for family with children
The place had this fantastic pool area that the kids just loved-they literally didn't wanna get out. Not to mention the staff were super friendly, always offering to help and making us feel at home.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for the quality, I’d say it was acceptable.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was very spacious and clean, which was great for our family. The beds were super comfy, definitely helped us all get a good night’s sleep. The balcony was a nice touch too. The room also had ample outlets which made it easy for us to charge our devices. The only downside was some noise from outside, but it wasn’t a huge issue.

The Doubletree By Hilton provided a great stay for my work trip. The spacious King Room I was assigned was well refreshed, with quality bedding and ample bedside outlets, making it easy to charge devices. The hotel's dining options were impressive, especially the restaurant offering freshly cooked breakfast items that were both delicious and reasonably priced. Additionally, the staff were professional and efficient, further enhancing the experience.
Some noise from nearby areas was noticeable.

A Memorable Stay with Exceptionally Friendly Service
The shuttle driver made my arrival smooth and enjoyable. The restaurant's breakfast spread was delightful, with a friendly server who brightened my morning. I appreciated the spacious room with comfortable beds. Consider requesting a room closer to elevators if mobility is a concern.

It was just a strong match for exploring town in Ontario with reasonable value. The heater in our room blew cold air all night. Try to avoid staying in the back building if you want some peace and quiet.

missingWrote a review on Jun 22long walk
The hotel's layout makes it a trek to some rooms, and if you're not up for a hike, you might find yourself not too thrilled about the distance. My room showed signs of wear, especially in the bathroom, which definitely could use some attention. the decor felt a bit dated. I also had some noise from other guests that interrupted my peace during the night, which might be a concern for light sleepers. Parking was somewhat crowded, and it took a bit to find a decent spot during peak hours.

I was really impressed by how clean and spacious the King Suite Spa Bath was, and the heated pool was a lovely way to unwind after a long day. The outdoor jacuzzi and lounge area were perfect for relaxation too. It would’ve been nice to have a few more towels available, but that didn’t take away from the great experience! 😊

The hotel presented a pleasing ambiance with a lovely outdoor space. The staff greeted me warmly at check-in, offering a complimentary cookie, which set a nice tone. My room had a spacious layout, featuring a large desk and comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and stocked with quality toiletries. However, I faced issues with the air conditioning, which was set too cold at check-in, making my stay initially uncomfortable. The maintenance team responded quickly to my concerns, but the temperature remained a challenge during the night. Additionally, the noise from the hallways was quite disruptive, especially in the mornings when housekeeping started cleaning early. A minor inconvenience was the limited food options available late at night, which could be improved for night owls. Overall, the good aspects of the stay were overshadowed by some discomforts and noise.
